Sell the advertising

From the client record to approved artwork and the revenue report — with the commercial side and the creative side connected, so a rep can see where a job is without walking over to ask.

How it works

From knowing the client to knowing what it earned.

01

Know your clients

Every advertiser, their contacts, and the history of what they have run. Prospects, councils and community groups sit alongside them, so the rep working the district is working one list.

02

Book the space

A rep books the client, size, publications and editions against your rate card — priced per masthead, colour or mono. Web campaigns are booked the same way, with a date range instead of editions.

03

Brief the work

Structured briefs with the copy, the call to action, the style notes and the client’s own artwork attached. Repeat bookings skip creative entirely and go straight through.

04

Build the advertisement

The job appears in the design queue. A designer claims it and builds it in InDesign as they always have, with the brief and the client’s assets available without leaving it.

05

Get it approved

The proof goes back to the platform from inside InDesign. The rep checks it and sends the client a link. The client approves or marks up changes — no login and no account.

06

See what it earned

Revenue by rep, by client and by masthead. Web advertising reports impressions and clicks against the same booking, so print and digital are read together rather than separately.
