Publish to the web

A branded website for every masthead — built from the same sections, stories and advertising the newsroom and sales desk already work with, rather than a separate site somebody has to remember to update.

How it works

What a masthead gets online.

01

One site per masthead

Each publication gets its own website on its own domain, with its own name, logo, colours and typography. A group can run twenty and they will not look like twenty copies of the same site.

02

Structured the way you file

Your sections become the navigation and the URLs. Tags cut across them. Both come from the same lists the newsroom already uses, so the site follows the paper rather than duplicating it.

03

Published when you say

Stories go live on publication or at a scheduled time, tracked separately from the print edition so the two do not have to agree.

04

The paper, online

Digital editions are published as a page-turning replica for readers who want the paper as it was laid out.

05

A directory for the district

A searchable business directory for your community, with categories you control — and it can run as its own site for a whole group, not just as a section of one masthead.

06

Advertising that pays for it

Web advertising is booked on the same rate card as print, served on the site, and impressions and clicks are counted and reported alongside the revenue.
